National and International Achievements
Donal has received national and international recognition for his architectural and commercial photography.
He is a Fellow of the Irish Professional Photographers Association, the highest qualification that organisation can offer.
In 2011, Donal was awarded the prestigious Master Qualified European Photographer (MQEP) title from the Federation of European Photographers. The FEP represents 33 member associations in 29 European countries and is the leading European body for Professional Photographers.
Donal is just one of 6 MQEP's specialising in Architectural Photography in all 33 member associations.
Donal's work features regularly in both national and international Architectural and Design journals, both in-print and on-line. His photographs have often illustrated award winning entries in RIAI Annual Award competitions, the Fit-out Awards, and other construction industry competitions.
Donal's work has been published in 2 books, the UCD published "A day in the Life", a large format imprint on FKP's work on the UCD Student Leisure Centre, and the self published "Interior Space", a publication showcasing some of the latest design trends in commercial fit-out design in Ireland.
